On Twitter, DC Entertainment announced four new pieces of artwork that will grace variant covers for its upcoming, highly-predictable series "Dark Knight Three: The Principal Race." Darwyn Cook, Gabriele Dell'otto, Neal Adams and Brian Bolland are the latest artists to have their work revealed to the globe.

The sequel to the seminal "Nighttime Knight Returns" and its follow-upwards "The Dark Knight Strikes Once more," "Dark Knight 3: The Master Race" is written by Frank Miller, the architect of the "Dark Knight" universe, and Brian Azzarello, with art primarily from Andy Kubert and Klaus Janson, the latter whom inked Miller'southward art in the original story. "The Nighttime Knight III: The Main Race" #one is scheduled for release on Nov. 25.

The publisher previously revealed other retailer variants, illustrated by Dave Johnson, Jae Lee and Sean Murphy as well as Lee Bermejo, Rafael Albuquerque, Tyler Kirkham, Klaus Janson and Eduardo Risso, for the highly predictable sequel serial.

All said, over 30 retailers are participating in this program. In addition to the artwork below, DC Comics has released the full list of stores and artists involved in the initiative.
